Available in a choice of 8 carefully selected colours, all of our Flush Sash windows are manufactured in our UK factory to your measurements and specifications.
All of our windows are fitted with Liniar’s patented bubble baskets. The gaskets are welded to the frame as part of the manufacturing process, meaning a continuous seal all the way round, which eliminates draughts and provides a strong resistance to water ingress.

Our Flush Sash windows are available in a sculptured (curved) suite with the sashes fitting flush into the frame to give the appearance of traditional timber or to offer a sleek contemporary finish. At East Anglia Home Improvements we understand customising the style of your window is important, that is why we have a range of colours and foiled options for you to choose from.
We can install child restrictors, designed to limit the opening of our windows for that extra peace of mind. You can also add our optional hinge guards to further secure your windows, preventing the sash being forced open from the outside.
